Starts at 9:15AM
The Kids Dash will begin at 9:15AM. We will call all kids to the starting line through the sound system. Parents/Guardians are welcome to run with their children.
The course is approximately a 1/2 mile there and back style course. The kids will run about 1/4 mile, turn around and come back.
The kids dash is NOT timed, so participants are welcome to wear their race bib, but do not need to.
5K
Starts at 9:30AM
The 5K race will begin at 9:30AM (after the completion of the kids dash). We will call participants to the starting line through the sound system. The course is the same as the past few years. The map is below.
5K runners will be chip timed. Results will be available online at this link https://sites.chronotrack.com/event/95212/results. QR codes will be posted near the bandshell to direct you to the results website.
To ensure proper timing, please ensure your race number is clearly visible on the front of your body, on the outside of your clothing, and all 4 corners are pinned.
For the starting line, faster runners to start up to the front of the pack. Walkers and slower runners please start towards the rear. We ask runners and walkers to stay to the right on the trail to avoid congestion as much as possible. Keep your eyes open from runners coming toward you. Try not to run or walk 3 or 4 across in a line.
Water will be available after the turnaround and at the finish line.
Police will help with traffic control. Although the race is timed, if the police ask you to stop for traffic please do so.
